8 Weeks to Wellness(R) is a comprehensive wellness program which will optimize what you think about, how you eat and supplement, and how you exercise and care for your body through a specific, comprehensive 8-week program. During your initial consult our team will assess your current state of health by establishing a Wellness Score. Measurements allow the team of doctors and practitioners to track successful changes in your physiology and function throughout the program.Your Wellness Score will be based on these biomarkers of health:

I was attracted to the 8 Weeks to Wellness program because it was so comprehensive in how it dealt with health. The comprehensive approach to lifestyle, which included dietary changes, daily meditation, working out (which I loved and have always loved!), and a weekly massage led me to discover some information I didn't know about my health and wouldn't have known but for the 8 Weeks to Wellness program. My favorite part of the program was feeling like I had hit a level of health that I had always wanted to hit, with what I was putting in my body and how my body was responding to all of the changes. Everyone is a good candidate for this program. If people don't feel good in their bodies, if they are without energy, don't feel strong, don't feel like what they are doing is working, they need this transformative program. When you go to change multiple aspects of your life on a day-to-day basis, it looks a little bit daunting at the beginning. I found that I was completely supported throughout the process by Drs. Scott and Leah and their staff. For me, it felt like I was never able to make lasting changes up until that point, even though, I was honestly pretty healthy coming into it.
