Tai Chi, Medical Qigong, & Mindfulness Classes

Each weekly group practice will be a creative and customized flow of postural aligning movement practices, deep relaxation meditation practices, breathing practices and self-applied massage practices in a one-hour group practice. Tai Chi, Medical Qigong & mindfulness are known for their medicinally balancing, centering, energizing, restoring, and strengthening benefits. Each group practice session accesses and awakens the medicines within for increased health, vitality, and longevity. 

Michael Fortier is known for his transformational gifts in how he facilitates Tai Chi, Medical Qigong, and Mindfulness from over 21 years full-time experience in the healing arts. By honoring thousands of years of wisdom traditions and at the same time honoring an individual’s capacity to access their own Inner Wisdom, he facilitates sessions that are practical and accessible for everyone. So, whether you are someone who has zero experience or are someone who has a daily practice in a traditional family style of Tai Chi and/or Qigong, you will find many benefits from the resources shared in this weekly group practice.
